I felt a little tribute to Pete Seeger would be fitting and poignant considering election day is imminent. If ever there was a time for people to go and vote, it is now. Most of all he understands the power inherent in people singing together, which has been all but lost on our generation. He remains, even at 89 years old with his voice “99% gone,” absolutely integral to the American rhetoric and our national dialogue. I am proud to call him MY hero.
